Upon downloading the app, you will be asked for permission on coaching and push notifications.  Answer ‘no’ to coaching and ‘yes’ to push notifications, (as this will be used to send out important information).  These will only be asked once in the initial downloading process and it’s to ensure you have full control of how you’d like to set it up.    The app cannot access any of your personal information on your phone such as photos, audio, messages etc.
