Strategic Plan
Our 2024-2028 Strategic Plan priorities assist us to focus on striving towards our vision whilst remaining consistent with our mission. These priorities are:

1. Excellence in Learning and Teaching: Embedding high-quality, rigorous and curriculum-aligned teaching and learning practices and policies that are supportive and challenging for all students, focusing on improving outcomes in the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, cultural and social dimensions.
2. Ongoing Improvement and Innovation: Leading-edge facilities, advanced technology and associated pedagogy grounded in evidence, nurturing students to become active contributors to our community, culture and the ever-evolving world that lies ahead.
3. Strengthening Lutheran Identity: Fostering a deep understanding of Lutheran schooling through the lens of the Growing Deep framework and how this is enacted through formation, education and care for all members of the school community. 
4. Community Building: Leveraging a strong, positive school culture to create reciprocal relationships both within and outside of the school community that are built on support, collaboration, trust and reconciliation.
