Strategic Plan
Our 2024-2028 Strategic Plan priorities assist us to focus on striving towards our vision whilst remaining consistent with our mission. These priorities are:
- Excellence in Learning and Teaching: Embedding high-quality, rigorous and curriculum-aligned teaching and learning practices and policies that are supportive and challenging for all students, focusing on improving outcomes in the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, cultural and social dimensions.
- Ongoing Improvement and Innovation: Leading-edge facilities, advanced technology and associated pedagogy grounded in evidence, nurturing students to become active contributors to our community, culture and the ever-evolving world that lies ahead.
- Strengthening Lutheran Identity: Fostering a deep understanding of Lutheran schooling through the lens of the Growing Deep framework and how this is enacted through formation, education and care for all members of the school community.
- Community Building: Leveraging a strong, positive school culture to create reciprocal relationships both within and outside of the school community that are built on support, collaboration, trust and reconciliation.
